What’s Your Business?

 What’s Your Business? 

No, really.

I ask this question in initial client meetings often and seldom do I hear a respectable, correct answer.

This matters because the solution to their problem they seek to solve (the reason I am in front of them) is within the correct answer to “What’s Your Business”?

Starbucks, for example, isn’t a coffee company per se; they’re a team of architects, lawyers, graphic artists, content creators, and a handful of leaders. It simply doesn’t pay for them to make their own coffee ☕️.

Ford makes engines, but they don’t make tires .

So tell me, what’s your business?
