If I were in college or about to start, I’d 100% punt for now. Defer, defer, defer.
The way education is being managed (mismanaged) during this Pandemic is laughable at best; it’s honestly a circus.
And because of that, I’d take a year off – at least – as a wash.
When I started an MBA program many years ago, it seemed as though the two most important parts of a Top-Tier MBA like this were getting in & getting the fuck out. It’s being accepted & the piece of paper that mattered to these students – I presume this still applies today.
Silly, isn’t it?!
But, if you’re paying for the certification and you want the feel-good of being accepted into a program, then pursue your education during this pandemic.
However, if you’re interested in actually learning, wait.
